bleh, this is my first time posting any sort of before and after here. I don't see much change for an almost 20 pound differences but it's something.

I resized it but I think I'll have to fix it in a bit.

You don't see much of a change??? I mean this in the nicest way so don't get mad..... You may need glasses

The change in your hips, stomach, and obliques is huge. You should be very proud of your accomplishments so far.

No starvation and actually lack of exercise lately but still losing as I have been maintaining my life style change. I feel great and have gone from a size 16 pant to an 8 and even down to a 6 in some. I have 10 more pounds to go to achieve my goal and need my cheering section back. Feel free to add me if you wish. Thanks for viewing my story!! :)

Wow really? I see a huge change, look at your panties in your after photo, sorry I did notice the top of them show, where as in your before photo, that your panties do not show and your hips bulges out over your shorts where in your after it doesn't. You look great girl! I'm 138lbs right now and my stomach doesn't look this good. Great job!

Although I must admit that I do aim for the 1200calories - I havent had a problem yet and normally have a steady weight loss of about 2lb per week. I really dont feel as though I'm starving myself because I have big meals - just uber healthy. Am I doing wrong?

Starting weight 240lb in may 2011
    current weight 158lb
    goal weight 140lb
    height 5ft 6in

    Workout:
Insanity with Shaun T and Rushfit with GSP and Erik Owings.

I don't have a proper calorie counter so I log the above under cardio > calisthenics (vigorous effort). It seems to have worked so far.

I took the 2 bottom photo's today. The top 2 were taken in December, and it's only about a 37lb difference.

I don't think that at all, I commented on your "V" pretty hard so it's all good
  • Wow, you are all so amazing and inspirational! I'd post my 'before & during' photo here but I honestly don't see a difference in the pictures so it'd seem a little silly.

I can't wait until I lose enough weight to see a big difference so I can take a photo! :)

But seriously, this thread is sososo amazing! Congratulations all!

This is a change in the time span of 3 months with a very rigorous regime of strict diet and intense exercises (monitored by trainer). No starvation mode at all. I have eaten even more than I used to eat before. I still have 5 more % of body fat to shed in order to reach my goal, but so far I didn't though the results would be so dramatic. I was one of those guys who always blamed genes, but it looks like I had the best genes, but the worst mindset.
