I'm kinda in the middle, but here's mine:
Left: November 2010, weight 220+
Right: February 2012, weight 187
Below: April 7, 2012, weight 179 (I'm in the middle)
My daily calorie goal is 1400 calories per day (net). I exercise via weightlifting, walking, water aerobics, swimming, and biking. Still got about 20 more lbs to go to get to my first goal of a healthy weight (164).

Started losing weight on June 23rd, 2011. Didn't officially join MFP until July. I never eat below 1600 and my days can range anywhere from 1600-3000+ calories. I run 2-3 days a week and I do not stress about the scale. My last 10-12 pounds can come off whenever. Not stressing I eat whatever I want. :happy:

This is just a picture I want to share that I put together yesterday...this is only a 2 week and a couple pounds of a difference, but I lost a significant amount of my love handles! I have been doing more core and ab work and I think that's helped it quite a bit!
you look great for just a few pounds! i carry a lot og my weight in that area so what workouts did u do?thanks!0 -

I eat 6 times and day for a total of 1500 to 2000 calories. I even eat right before bed. Madness I say!

I started at 220lb and am now 200lb. I'm 5' 7". I cant see the difference yet.

love al th pics!!! I'm going to go take some before pics myself so I can document! 23 down so far--- I need to do this with no starvation or else will not keep it off! I've done the starvation thing toomany times for it to come back. Everyone looks fantastic! hank you for the motivation!!!!!0
