Do you have a word or phrase that just drives you crazy when you here it?

Mine is "It is what it is". I HATE this phrase. I think it makes the person saying it look like an idiot.

    Translation: "We know you're really interested in that story we keep teasing you with, but we're gonna string you along with this other story first."

    I especially hate it when any body prefaces a statement by saying " I don't mean to sound rude but" or "I don't mean to be mean but"

    Then don't say it. You are being a douche, by saying you are not trying to be a douche does in no way remove you from the fact that you are in fact a wet douche.

    I knew before reading that this phrase would make it, I don't consider myself an idiot BUT I used this phrase earlier today in an e-mail & probably use it more regular than I realise.

    Anything referring to someone's "Psyche". As in, that's not good for my psyche or I can't deal with XYZ because it messes up my psyche. I don't even know WTH a psyche is and I'm not going to research it. I can't risk it. It might be contagious.
