Hey everyone. I would love to know what all your goal weights are. If you have met them please tell me how. I would love pics to. I used to be in shape running 4-6 miles everyday. Then I got married and had 3 kids. Time for me now.

my goal weight is 154 pounds. I am currently 224 so a long way to go!2

I'm a little over 5'9" ... like 5'9 1/2 haha and I currently am at 250.2 and I would like to get to 160
I started at 318 .... 68 down.... many more to go......
318 - Starting Weight (11/4/11)
250.2 - Current (4/16/12)

After two children in two years (2009 and 2010) and a bad round of depo birth control shots I currently weight 218 with a goal of getting down to between 130-140. My magic number is 132lbs.1

I'm 5'9 and my original goal weight was 155 which I reached over a year ago. I felt great. I am now aiming for 150! I spoke with a nutritionist who also said 150 would be a good goal as anything lower for my body type would be too low.0

the depo shot took me from 170 to 220 in a matter of months... hate that shot!2

I am 5' 9 1/2 I used to weigh 120 then after I got married I went to 170 I am now at 145, I lost 20 pounds over a year and was down to 150 and stop dieting and kept it there for the whole year, Now about 2 weeks ago I started again trying to get down to my goal weight of 135 It is way harder this time it seems I have gotten to this point where I just cant go no further?? Not giving up though, going to keep on pushing I am 40 years old now and think it is time before it is to late to get to my 135!!!4

No real goal weight anymore. Looking to get to 20% Body Fat. I weigh 151 now and am a size 6/4 jean at 5' 9". I think my BF% is 22.4% or maybe 23%. In my profile pic that is one month difference from lifting heavy one pound lighter 2 inches off my waist.1

I'm 5'9" and at my highest weight I was 196. I now weigh 187.8 and my goal weight is 160. I'll see how I feel when I get there.3

Started at 210 in January and currently 178.
I joined the YMCA in January and started attending this bootcamp class that I love. Really has helped keep up my fitness motivation.3 -

technically im 5'-8.5"......my weight is mostly in my hips, thighs and rear. i started at 170lbs my body fat is 32.2% and I want to get down to around 145lbs. I'll have to see how i look and feel once i get close bc as i recall ( i was 145 in college - looooong time ago) anything lower than 145 and i look gaunt and sickly.0

Im 5'8.5" and I am about 170 lbs currently. My plan is to get to about 145 and see how I feel. My lowest weight was about 120 when I was around 16. I'd like to wear a size five again, I'm currently wearing an 11/12.0

I'm 5' 9 1/2", and my goal is somewhere in the 150-154 range. With my large frame size and build, I don't think going much lower than that would be particularly healthy for me.0

Ok, so I'm only 5'8.5", but I hope you won't mind me posting in the 5'9" message. :-) I'm currently 195 with a first goal of 170. Looking forward to getting there, but hoping to set a new goal of 160 at that point. I like the idea of setting realistic goals, and then re-evaluating the goal once you hit it.0

Currently 185 and I am not going to go past 160lbs. I was 147 when I graduated and I was sickly looking, don't want to look too thin!0

I'm 5'9" and currently weigh 156... my goal weight is between 145-150 which will put me at about 20% body fat which is what i'm focusing on. Good luck with your goals :flowerforyou: and remember that every woman's body is different! So go with what feels right for YOU!

8 pounds away from goal. I did it through cutting calories and exercising for at least 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. Started with all cardio, then slowly mixed in some weights with cardio. Currently, I do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training.0 -
I'm 5'8 & 1/2 . My goal weight is 140lb, im currently 143.5 so not too much further to go, although i may ultimatley like to get down to 136lb - depending on how i feel when i get to 140lb0

Hi I am 5 foot 8 but I am thinking 168lbs. Seems a long way off from the 213lbs I am now but not as far away as my 254 lbs starting weight2

I am looking to get down to 155, at 220 right now. It'll take a long time to get to 155, but just like you I am going for my 1st goal of getting under 200!

I'm a little shy of 5'10 and am currently 250. My first goal is to hit the 'healthy' range, around 175. My dream weight would be 155, although don't know whether I'd look healthy or not as I carry my weight different to most girls. I can dream though! ))0

I'm 5'9. My heaviest was just over 200 lbs. I would like to get around 149. So those weekends when I splurge and gain a few won't bug me terribly.
