    Awesome job!

    What is your biggest tip or tips? I had gestational diabetes and if I don't drop some weight I have a 60% chance of getting type 2. I want to prevent diabetes all together and that is why I joined MFP.

    I think exercise is what helps alot with diabetes. I walk about 10-12 miles a week. My A1C was around 7 and now its at 5.4. Ask you doctor about an exercise routine.

    Not really, instead of seeing me 3 times a year he will only see me once a year. Thats money out of his pocket lol. No, really he is happy for me. He is the one who told me my health was bleak if I didnt change my ways.
