Love it with fruit, and plain. But my FAVORITE is as a base for a blueberry pie smoothie.

    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 full graham cracker
    1/4 -1/2 cup almond milk

blend it all together (yes the graham cracker too) and enjoy. It really is like drinking a blueberry cream pie.
    This sounds delicious!!

    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 banana
    3 egg whites
    vanilla
    cinnamon

put it in a blender, mix and pour onto a hot lightly sprayed pan or griddle

    flip when there are bubbles

    makes about 3 pancakes

I like mine with jam or fresh fruit!

I like it with black pepper on it, by itself. Or with Mrs. Dash seasonings.
I've never eaten it with fruit.
The only other way I've eaten it was in lasagna.
Sorry I'm not much more help than that.

I make something I call chocage cheese. Basically I put some cottage cheese in a bowl. Add cocoa powder. Add a packet of sweetener. Mix it like crazy. Mouthgasm.

You can just eat it by itself, use it in muffins and pancakes, or mix it with fruit and eat it! It's so good! It add protein to smoothies too.

On baked potatoes, with berries, mixed with drained tuna and topped with lemon pepper, layed in lasagna, on cantaloupe, on crackers, use your imagination - the list is endles.

I mix cottage cheese with tuna and chives. I eat it on wheat crackers, or just by itself. I don't measure but I think I use about half a cup of cottage, probably 3oz. tuna, and a hand full of chives.
    That sounds delicious!

Well, I'm Italian and I prefer ricotta because of the smoother texture. I love eating ricotta right out of the container plain. But, cottage cheese makes a nice breakfast for me, mixed with a bit of artificial sweetener (or agave nectar) and cinnamon and spread on top of whole grain toast.
