I am in!!!! Last week I was at 2700 calories burned so I am going to up that to 3000 for this week.

Monday: 1599 calories burned by moving heavy furniture for 3 hours (My dad is moving) and 20 min on elliptical

I think I will give this a shot! Good way to track what I am burning per week, which is how I plan my calories out anyways!

what the heck i need the push this week (nasty visitor will be here soon! lol!) most of mine is walking, no hrm so not sure how accurate but i try to work it a little lower than what i think it should be (i used a cell phone hrm app, tested against the pharmacy blood pressure for my personalized walks!!)
