4/09 -- 6 cups of water. All at work. Got a glass with ice and kept it full :-)
4/10 -- 5 cups of water. 3 at work and 2 at home flavored with Crystal Light.
4/11 -- 5 cups of water. 1 at work and 4 at home. 2 flavored with Crystal Light.
4/12 -- 5 cups of water. All at work, 1 with Crystal Light
4/13 -- 2 cups of water. Bad day for me :-(
4/14 -- 5 cups of water. 1 cup flavored with Crystal Light.
4/15 -- 6 cups of water. 2 flavored with Crystal Light
4/16 -- 6 cups of water, 4 flavored with Crystal Light. It was a training day so all I had to do all day was sit and to prevent boredom and falling asleep I made sure I kept my water bottle full. I felt like I was going to float away at the end of the day

Here's my water tips:
I don't allow myself other beverages before I get my water in. I absolutely love diet coke but I gave it up because if I drink that I won't drink the water.
Also I always have a glass handy. When it is empty I fill it right back up and have it at the ready.
Good luck to all my water challenge friends. We CAN all do this important part of our healthy lifestyle.0 -

4/2 -- 3 glasses (was actually thirsty -- had some leftover pizza. Used my Shur Fine H20 fruit punch flavoring (same as Crystal Light)
4/3 -- 3 glasses (Shur Fine H20 again)
4/4 -- 3 glasses (Shur Fine H20 again)
4/5 -- 3 glasses of the Shur Fine H20 again
4/6 -- 5 glasses (flavored water again but I've moved up to 5. YAY)

4/9 -- 2 (pretty pathetic today. Had a lot of fruits and veggies...maybe that's why I wasn't thirsty???)
4/10 -- 5 glasses (3 were plain water)
4/11 -- 3 glasses (all plain water)

4/13 -- 6 glasses (the most this month so far)
4/14 -- 7 glasses (I think, it might have been 8, as I had to use a glass for some of it -- forgot my water bottle)

4/17 -- 6 glasses today (I'm starting to love the Great Value Iced tea peach-flavored water. It doesn't turn my mouth red -- haha).
4/18 -- only 3 glasses today and those I had to force down.
4/19 -- 4 glasses. I'm determined to get 8 before the month is over.

Days that I actually make my 8 usually start with a cup of water before my coffee. I find heating it up as if it were a cup of coffee helps me to drink it.0 -
