    Just discovered this morning: In the last minute or so of cooking, I cracked an egg into the oatmeal and covered it up to let it "poach". Once the outside of the white was mostly cooked, I broke it up and mixed it all in to let it finish cooking from the heat of the oats. Then I topped it with a splash of maple syrup (Can't fight my sweet tooth, so I don't even bother trying lol). Very yummy!

    Cinnamon is a must!! and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.
    Also, a banana, and apple slices on the side to dip into the oatmeal :))
    Nuts or seeds as well if i'm feeling generous- either almonds, walnuts, flax or chia.
    I LOVE OATMEAL!!!!
