    Frozen blueberries.. put them in before you cook, and then top off with a little maple syrup for some sweet, and it makes your breakfast a lovely shade of purple loaded with antioxidants.

    If I had to pick just one, I would definitely choose cinnamon. My absolute favourite is 1/2 chopped apple and ground cinnamon, cooked... then sprinkle in 2 tbsp of unsalted roasted pumpkin seeds. *yum*

    If its regular whole oats, then a little milk and brown sugar.

    If its steel cut oats, then cooked in the crockpot with a little fat free half and half and some dried fruit, no sugar needed there!

    I eat it plain. I know I am weird, but whenever I put anything in it, I end up not finishing it. However, I do like the taste of it when I add peanut butter or cinnamon.
