    i prefer my steel cut oatmeal plain believe it or not.

    occasionally i will add a few dried cherries if i want the sweetness.

    do you mix it first before you put it in? or just add the powder?? ive done it both ways and but putting it in dry was the worst decision ever haha had to dump it.

    Frozen blueberries, strawberries, diced peaches too. I make my oatmeal at night and warm it in the morning, turns out great!

    I add some reduced fat cream cheese and some sugar free raspberry or blackberry preserves or the berries when it is in season.
  • Sounds weird but cottage cheese is really good in it too, boosts protein as well!

    i like the skippy natural peanut butter (chunky), and either a banana, or an apple.

    today i used chocolate peanut butter, and no fruit. it tasted like baby angles.
