    135 to 145. i am 5'4" but i'm also a mother of many children and i have no inclination to be super thin anymore.

    I hit the first one (130lbs) and am thinking maybe 5-10 more - that being said... I am happy with my 'size' but need to tone it all up (it's ALL jiggly) Knowing that muscle weighs more than fat, I am happy to stay the same weight and lose inches. To me, it's all about how I look and how my clothes fit, not-so-much what the scale says.

  • I'm just shy of 5'4" and currently around 127 but feel my best between 118-124. I'm more concerned now with building muscle so I don't think the scale number will matter much when I start working on that.

    I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is around 150 but would love to see 140. I can 185 right now.

    I'm 5'4" and would like to get back to 130. For a long time I was at 120-125, then I had my third child and stayed at 130 for about 7 years. He's 12 now, and I started gaining slowly about 5 years ago. I know I'd feel much better if I were around 130 again.

    I'm small framed and 5'4". I'm at 127 right now and am hoping to get between 117 and 120 exercising and lifting weights :)

    I'm 5'4" and I'm aiming for 112-115lbs. That's what I was before I let myself go and that's where I want to get back to.
  • Currently I'm sitting at 260lbs so my current goal is 200lbs.

    This is also my goal... I will find another when I get to my first one.

    I am a bit shy of 5'4 and a medium frame and my goal is 130lbs. Although I would love to be closer to 125! I am 137 now and shooting for a short term goal of atleast 135 by June! Which would seem easy, but I have been stuck at 137 since January!

    Im currently at 160, and would ideally like to be 125-130, but honestly I will be less concerned about the number as long as I am becoming more healthy and fit. When I like how I look again (probably around 140), I will feel accomplished whether I have reached my goal weight or not.

    My name is Alyssa too! I'm 5'3.5" and currently at 142ish. I've calculated that somewhere around 135 will be below 20% body fat. But really I'm just going until I look good nekkid!

    I'm 5'4", small build, and would like to get back down to 120. If I've put on some muscle and, at 125, feel like I felt when I was at 120, I might stop there. I was at 190 when I had my daughter two years ago, and I was 152 about a month ago. This morning I weighed in at 139.5...finally in the 130s for the first time in about 10 years. So, the number 120 isn't the end-all, be-all, but it's a target.

    I'm 142 pounds now, and I would like to be between 120 and 125 pounds. I wouldn't say that I'm big framed, because my arms and legs and waist and chest are all tiny, but I have wide hip bones and have always had a booty. I'm not sure if my goal weight would be a healthy weight for me or not. A doctor friend told me to use the waist to hip ratio instead of the BMI because of my hips, but that doesn't really tell me anything about a healthy weight. Anyone else have a frame like mine?

    I'm 5'3 and my goal is 161, possibly 154, from a start of 201. I chose this goal as with my body it makes me a UK 12 and it's a weight that I have been happy at previously.

    I'm 5'1 currenty 142. I'd like to be 133 (prepreg weight) by June 21 (my baby girls first birthday). Ultimate goal weight is 115-120

    I'm 5'4" sw:185, cw:154, gw:140. I'd love to be 140, I feel like I've been in the 150s forever, managed to get to 149 a while ago and i loved it and can't wait to get in the 140s.
