I was driven to post a blog about this very thing today.
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/acresfield
I have gained 7lbs in 20 days and lost 4% in body fat.
If I had been weigihing myself every day then I would surely have chickened out before achieving this0 -
This is great!! Thanks for sharing!!0

Looking good. The same thing is happening to me. The scale will not move .. but 3 weeks ago I measured. As of today, I have lost 2 inches in both my hips and waist. Bring on the muscle! I feel better and my clothes are looser. I just keep reminding myself to do what I am doing and it will pay off.0

Good job!!0

I LOVE seeing this attitude - "Bring on the muscle!" Many of my friends in real life are baffled that I would rather be strong than skinny, but I'm glad my MFPs are on the same page as me0 -
Wow!! That's great! Thank you for the reminder and congrats on your results!0

I think something is wrong withthe scale. Those are HUGE results and the scale should reflect more than 1lb loss. Great work!0

Haha, I wish But it was confirmed at my doctor's office last week too! My body is just whack!0 -
I have noticed that my scale hasnt budged--but there is a definite change in my body--I try to just look in the mirror and SEE the change instead of concentrating on the scale when i get discouraged...Great job by the way You look awesome!0

Way to go! You look amazing!
I was upset this morning because the scale had gone up 1.8 lbs. But at the same time I am wearing a pair of jeans that I havent worn in a long, long time. I can see all kinds of changes when I stand naked in front of the mirror. Still have a long way to go though0 -
Thank you! It's an awesome reminder to measure...instead of just stepping on the scale.
You look incredible! Well done!0 -
Incredible !!!0

You look beautiful...! Keep up the great work...!0

Its more about the clothes you wear than the weight you bear...or bare!:blushing:0

I'm not saying anything that hasn't already been said, but: holy ****!0

Thank you!!! I can see my clothes fitting better, people tell me I have lost weight, and the F@#$%^&*&^%$ scale does not want to move much. Just seeing how someone else can change their body but not the scale really is a huge psychological boost. You did a great thing for a lot of people by putting that out there today. Thank you!!
^^^ DITTO TO ALL OF THIS!0 -
Everyone on MFP needs to see this, including me. I'm so happy someone linked this tread into another post. I originally wasn't going to take more pictures until I had lost 10 pounds. What a mistake! I'm taking measurements and pictures tomorrow to compare! Thank you so much!!0

I love your positive attitude! You just kept working hard despite it all. You OWNED it and you look fabulous, girl!0
