24 Hour Challenge - May

So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Starts May 1st

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of May. Lots of people completed this challenge last month - including myself :)

    Yes, I would like to take the challenge for the month of May. Sounds like 50 minutes per day should do it. I will try to do this. I think the best way for me to do this is to split it out a bit between a walk at lunch or in the afternoon at work for about 15 minutes and then 30 to 35 minutes in the evening.

    Anything you consider exercise counts. It's TOTALLY up yo you - I personally only include things I do specifically for exercise (not cleaning). It's a challenge for yourself so you decide.
