    I'm a diabetic and my granddaughter has celiac. We both love pancakes so these would be a welcomed addition to my recipe file. You say these are low-carb. How many grams of carbohydrates are there in them?

    UMMM. do you add those ingredientst o pancake mix or by themselves? May be a dumb ? but just want to make sure?

    no pancake mix, only the ingredients listed. :) The more you whip the egg whites, the fluffier the pancakes.

    The only things missing from this is full-fat cream cheese and the yolks from the eggs. Don't go low-carb and low-fat together. You'll hurt your metabolism this way (and eat into your lean muscle mass).

    I posted a recipe (EDIT: on page 7 of this topic) that uses the full fat cream cheese and the egg yolks. :) It has more calories, but tastes much better!
