    I'm 5' 0" and currently weigh 137 lbs. My goal is 127 lbs which is the most I should weigh & be considered a normal weight/BMI. 125 lbs would be awesome, but I'm being realistic. I'm middle aged & losing weight & keeping it off is HARD. I do find the 1200 calorie limit very difficult. I have to exercise every day because it seems I always go over my calories a little. I've been using MFP for 10 weeks & have lost 6.8 lbs. I haven't cheated not even one single day, I always exercise off my extra calories. I definitely think it's more difficult for us "fun-sized" gals. We burn fewer calories doing the same workout as someone larger & have fewer calories we can take in for a day in order to lose. It's tough, but don't give up!

    Im 5'2 my goal is 140, my BMI says i should be between 101-137. I think that maybe abit too thin for me. I'll just take one day at a time. Who know... maybe i'll get to 125.

    I am 5'4" and 142 pounds. My goal weight is 125. Not sure if that will be possible after 3 c sections but I am going to try. I never realized how poorly I was eating until I started MFP! I did not see any results for the 1st 3 weeks but now I am starting to lose some weight! SOOOO EXCITING!!!

    I'm 5'4" but I don't have an exact goal weight. Maybe 112 to 120?

    So glad to see other vertically challenged women. I am 5'2" and weigh 160. Did p90x to the T for just 2 weeks shy of 90 days and got frustrated since I didn't loose any weight. I am trying again about a year later to get the weight off. Tracking food and exercise. I am hoping that I can find the middle ground for my calorie intake since I think 1200 is too low (I don't seem to loose there) and the 2400 ish recommended for p90x didn't work either.

    Wow! it's been a long time since I only needed to lose 10 lbs and under. You all look good! I'm 5'1" and my doctor said I have to lose at least 40 lbs. I'm 185lbs at this point...people say "you carry your weight well", I'd like to not carry extra at all. Other than this I have amazingly good health for 54 years of age.     I am 5'4 and started at 240lbs in Aug 2011 and I now weight 162lbs I had several goals over my weight loss journey my last goal is 140-145 and then maintain.

    5'3" and my goal weight WAS 121 until my doctor told me realistically, i should aim for 125. last time i weighed, i was at 125.5. tomorrow is my first weigh-in in a month so we'll see...

    5'4" and 119. I honestly don't know how much I should weigh but I could stand to lose a little more in the thigh/butt area. I am lifting and eating around maintenance, 1900 calories/day on average. Feel like I can't really use the scale to gauge progress and any gain in muscle is very s-l-o-w but haven't taken the plunge to have my body fat % tested. I am scared to gain weight again so am sort of in a holding pattern.

    I'm 5'1.5".. that .5 matters. lol. SW: 135 and currently 122. I would like to go down 120. 120 is my college weight. I'm not skinny then but I sure don't look fat. (Just realized now) My UGW is 110. ;)

    I am 4 ft 11 inches and my current weight is 122. Started at 130. My goal weight is 110, but also would like to be toned!! So if that means being 120, I will be happy

    I'm 5'4" 176lbs and goal is 127lbs (not a lot under, but a little under. lmso. Depends on muscle of course.

    wow, I am seriously shocked! We have the same exact goals and current weight!!! I am 5'2" and a half ;) weigh 131 and need to be at my goal (I'd like to be 110-115) by July 7th!

    Well I am extremely ashamed to say this seeing as most of u ladies are at my ideal weight...however I cant fake the funk I am 5' 1 and 209lbs. :/ yes I know pretty darn large. But my goal is still 130. Dec. 2012 goal is 150 & next april God willing the 130' s feel free to add :)!!

    I admire the bravery it took you to post this. You will get there! Those seem like very healthy goals and little by little you have the power to acheive them. No matter what, just keep going!

    I am 5 2(ish) and my goal weight is 140.. I may or may not change my gw once I get there, but for now, that's what I'm shooting for :) I don't want to be extremely small ( I like having a little 'meat' on me!) Feel free to add me if you'd like and good luck!!

    We are twins!! I am 5'2" as well, and my goal is 140. I was 140 at 18 before I had my son, and I had a doctor tell me I shouldn't be smaller than this, it would be unhealthy...so I am totally fine with my goal weight! I will always have plenty of meat on these bones, and real women have curves!! AND real men love real women, LOL!

    I wish women would just be supportive and motivate other women regardless of their shape, size, goal weight etc instead of phrasing the term real women blah blah blah. Women who are athletic, skinny, obese, curvy are real and shouldn't be defined by what "real men" love or a number on the scale. So can we please stop with that ridiculous phrase?

    I am 5'2"... (2.5" on a good day) and MY GOAL is 125 lbs. I can't remember the last time I was in my 120s. BTW, I'm a newbie... Looking for motivational support aka "Friends". Figured the best thing to do is hook up with folks with similar goals!
