While any efforts last night were somewhat negated by my dinner and boozing, I'm still counting it

    1st May - 110 mins (30 mins spinning/40 mins weights class/40 mins walking)
    2nd May - 45 mins (35 mins cycling/10 mins walking)

    155/1440 - not a bad start I reckon!

Yeah, no....I exercise 4 days/week, for about 30 mins, and it's working so far.

    That's 2 hours a week...8 hours a month...

BUT ROCK ON to you guys who are doing it....that's 3x as much as I work out. Maybe I'll join next month!

I'll be here cheering you all on though!

Come Ali, come and join us you can do it, doesn't have to be a hard work out, just a walk will do it:)

    May 1: walked 96 minutes.
    May 2: walked 80 minutes.
    May 3: walked 124 minutes.

    Total: 300/1440

i fit in my walking exercise any time...during lunch breaks, after work if i have the time. late at night, early in the morning...whenever i can fit it in! i tend to go overboard during the week as i can get barely 30 mins of exercise during the weekend.
plus i would like to start strength training soon

That's an awesome challenge! Very doable! I'm currently doing 2370 hours/month, but it takes LOTS of discipline! But the rewards have been wonderful! :)
