On top of baked potato in place of sour cream

In scrambled eggs to make them extra fluffy

In lasagna instead of ricotta cheese

I cut up chives (as much or as little as you would like) and use it as a dip for veggies or chips!

I just put any kind of Mrs. Dash spice onto it and mix it up really well. LOVE it that, way. Great way to get protein with lots of taste and no extra sodium. :)

I love eating plain cottage cheese with vegges or fruits. Occasionally I make Lasagna substituting cottage cheese for Ricotta cheese.

With a stick blender, I process equal parts cottage cheese and plain Greek yogurt. I add Splenda, ice, coconut extract and banana. Soooo goooood! It's my colada!

I put sugar free strawberry preserves, sugar free pudding mix, casein, or peanut butter in it. I've never used it for recipes. Sweet potato and cottage cheese is good too.

Mix 500g pot with 2 beaten eggs and the kind of vegetable you like suitable for a quiche, onions, mushrooms, peppers.

Then add to a flan dish and pop in the oven at about 180' for 25 mins or until just turning golden on top. Great warm for a meal or cold as snacks, should make 4 decent portions or 6 snack.

    Really low cal overall.

excuse my ignorance and no doubt i'll show it plain and clear now :P but 180 is that us or uk?

I'd assume it was in Celsius (UK) as it would be too low of a temp to be Fahrenheit (US). The conversions would be 180C, 350F or gas mark 4, which is a moderate temp.

    I like orange fluff.

1 pk. sugar free orange jello
1 pk. sugar free vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapples (drained well)
1 can mandarin oranges (drained well)
    1 pint fatfree cottage cheese
    1 tub cool-whip

I don't know the calories per serving though I haven't made sence starting here but you just made me think of it , "THANKS"

Oh, and if it was reg cottage I would eat 1/2 cup with buttered (lightly) toast, but it is hard to find good cottage cheese any more like I like .
