No, I wear one to work and leave it on when I change at the gym. I don't feel it...and it never shows. Why would it be less comfortable while I'm lifting? But yeah, it should never show. Especially me being a grandma and all.0 -

It's actually not bad... depending on the thong. They stay in place unlike some full backs which depending on your workout, end up giving you a wedgie. Nothing hotter than digging underwear out of your butt while on the treadmill. lol.

As for wearing a thong while working out, that does sound mega uncomfortable. Who needs a major wedgie you can't get rid of while trying to do lunges and whatnot? Not me. Also, sounds kinda painful. Who cares about panty lines when you're already drenched in sweat? It's a beauty contest, it's a get-off-your-*kitten*-and-move-it-athon. Suppose to be getting and/or staying fit, not giving the public a peep show. That's what stripclubs are for.0
