    Tues: 578 (treadmill, elliptical, bike, brisk walk)
    Wed: 368 calories burned (elliptical - 30 minutes, and brisk walk)
    Thur: 726 calories burned (elliptical - 40 minutes, hill routine treadmill 45 minutes and 20 minute walk in neighborhood)
    Fri: 961 calories burned (45 mins brisk walking, 45 mins elliptical, 20 minutes lifting and crunches)

    Left to burn: Over my goal...this is the most calories I've burned all in one week ever. I usually only exercise 2 days a week or so (in fear that I will not be able to walk by the end of the week). But I've been walking/running and doing 30DS everyday this week. Yay go me!!

    But this week so far Ive burned over 3,000 calories doing walking, cardio, core, upper and lower body workouts.
