To everyone saying 'NO WAY YOU'RE not 30%!' or whatever, everyone is different in regards to the amount of lean body mass they have.
10% bf on a 5'10 male with a lbm (lean body mass) of 140lbs compared to 10% bf on a 5'10 male with 170lbs lbm will look completely and utterly different.
Just because your boyfriend is 5'10 and weighs 210 with a bf% of 20, doesn't mean that this other guy that's 5'10 and weighs 180lbs won't have a much higher fat percentage than him. It's all relative to how much muscle they have.
That being said, awesome progress to a lot of people here0 -

Currently in the ballpark of 14 to 15% at a guess. Leanest .avi in my gallery is likely to be around 10% and that's at 5'11 and 177.

Don't put too much stock into the online calculators. They were way off for me. They have me at 37-38% body fat, but I'm really only 29% according to my DEXA scan.
Just focus on your fitness goals and eating well, and that BF% will go down!0 -
Help! Mine keeps tellig me that my BF% is 27-28...is that possible? lol
Yes. That is normal for a woman.
But is that normal for a woman my size? 20..5'8...about 215 (probably less haven't weighed in)0 -
I highly reccommend a hydrostatic body fat test...that is the underwater test...it is the most accurate! weight and height don't account for lean muscle mass! Look online to find out if there is one in your area. The one i have gone to is actually a truck has all the equipment self contained and just sets up at various gym location in our area. I am sure there are more out there like this!
I tortured myself for years because my weight is much higher that I think is ideal or what is portrayed as ideal for woman...but at 5'5 and 154 lbsand 42 yrs old I am at 19.4% body fat. Eventhough I would like to weight less and am working toward reducing my weight and body fat, all the charts say that I am in athletic range at that percentage. I work out 6 days a week and chart and count all my calories so I think i am doing things as right as I can without being a psycho! I hope that helps!0 -
I did it online and it went up to 33% so....at least I'm working out right? lol0

Actually that's really good. When I was 218, my BF % was 46%. I'm also 5'8". Just incorporate some heavy lifting into your routine and make sure you eat enough (less than you burn every day but more than your BMR is ideal) and you should hold on to most of your lean mass, which will make you look much leaner as you drop fat.
I'm 5'8" and 178 now and I just got to 29% body fat. Also, the online calculators can be way off for the BF measurements, so just take it with a grain of salt and just keep working hard.
Good luck to you0 -
