This recipe is from a youtube channel, so all credit goes to him.
Just made them turned out great, but it is rather high cal.
2 cups of oatmeal
4-5 tbsp of peanut butter (the less, less cals)
1/2 cup of any milk
4 scoops of whey protein
1. Mix dry ingredients first (oatmeal and whey protein)
2. Put Milk and peanut butter in microwave safe plate and let it melt a little for 30-35 maybe 60 secs.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Spray pam or grease a small rectangular container and put batter in. Even out with hands.
5. Put in refrigerator (and maybe freezer) for 2 hours.
6. Take out and cut in 8 slices (possible serving size)
I used 4 tbsp peanut butter...8 servings come out to this approx. nutritional info:
I don't have fat set in my macros so no fat reading lol
Cals - 237
Carbs - 18g
Sat fat - 2g
Fiber - 3g
Iron - 8g

If you used P2B powdered peanut butter I bet the cals would be cut in half!0

Almond butter, sunflower butter will probably do, I've substituted them for peanut butter with great results!0 -
Made these today, but used 6 tablespoons of Chocolate P2B and Almond Milk with Vanilla Creme Whey. Then put it in a mini cupcake pan.
Made 24 bites at 43 cal a piece. Very yummy, the only mistake was I added a cup of Almond milk and they are a little "wet".
Very good though!0 -

Bump for others as I just made something similar today.
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 scoops protein powder (mine was 24g)
1 T cocoa
1/2 cup water or milk (I used water)
I used a small cookie scoop and got 25 cookies. Froze them. You could add some flax seed or chopped nuts if you need more fat.
Macros each cookie---
70 cals
5 g carbs
6 g protein
3 g fat0 -
