this is amaaaaaaaazing! I used 600g of cottage cheese and three small eggs with ham mushrooms and peppers with herbs and topped with a tiny bit of cheese......soooooo good, will be a new addition to my salads!!

However mine was a little watery when it was cooking so had to drain it, may have been the mushrooms tho, they may need frying beforehand!

Definitely want to try! Just to be sure though, I looked up 'gas mark 6' (ok, mostly because I had never heard of that as a gauge before, lol) and the tables I found said it was about 200C or 400F.

Mine was delicious, I used 250g cottage cheese, 1 egg and one egg white, chopped mushrooms and chopped orange pepper with added herbs and seasoning. Like another poster I had to drain it due to the water content of the mushrooms

  • I would think to bake at 375 degrees

and check to see if it is buring on top too fast.

Since there is no crust it might cook too quickly

But I would not go below 325 degrees since it is an egg mixture

    any thoughts?
