    Varies between 40-50 minutes of elliptical (2.5-3 miles), treadmill (combination fast walking and jogging), and occasionally the stationary bike. Doing elliptical today.

    Worked out on our Elliptical today for 25 minutes; I did 5 minutes on resistance 1, 5 on 8, 5 on 16, back down for 5 at 8 and the last 5 on 1. I usually aim for 20-40 minutes a day in one to two workouts, as long as I don't tire out my heart :-) I'm good to go :-)

    Jogged 5.6 miles with my dogs this morning. Will probably do 45 minutes on elliptical tonight while watching Voyager DVD. :)
