Okay so here is our FIRST Initial Weigh in:

I weigh in on Fridays, and as of last Friday I was 143.8. I'll weigh in again this Friday and report back either Friday, or on Monday with everyone else if you prefer.0 -

BTW - I was over my calorie allowance by 325. :sad: I was hopeful to get in a run this evening but I'm kinda working two jobs at the moment and ran out of time today. I'll be up at 5am tomorrow morning though to head out for a quick run before I begin my day.0

I do remember my body starting to not process the water so quickly and adapt when I was drinking more a couple of years ago. I'll just grin and bear it for now! Had a goodbye dinner for a girlfriend last night, and had a glass of wine, salmon, veggies and.... sweet potato fries:blushing: ....it was a good day until that wine impaired my ordering judgment! I am going to work out and eat right for the rest of the week, so I can hopefully still lose at least a pound. Oh, also, question for everyone. What are your thoughts on using wine as part of your calories? I am used to having a glass of red at least 3 times a week with dinner.0

definitely not too late to join! ckholmes and fiftyandfit!!! we just started last monday, and as of right now were working on a water drinking challenge, see who can drink the most cups of water in a week....you can definitely join....let us know ur starting weight and i will add u to the list....here is an updated list:

I include wine within my caloric intake. As long as I am within my limits I see no issue with it. I partake in a few glasses a week and I am still loosing weight. The only issue might be having a slice of cake to go with it. :laugh:

I'm having some major blood sugar issues which are having a negative impact on my weight loss journey :sad: Figured out a new plan (eating only low glycemic index foods) for now until I visit the doctor, tried it out today and felt much better- so hopefully it lasts at least until I visit the doctor and figure things out for good.
Anyhow, I'm going to try to get in a few more glasses... I'll report back0 -
I'm glad you're feeling better Kelynn. My mother is diebetic and it can be tough trying to find the right balance.

Hello there! I also want to meet my goal weight by the new year and would love to join you here!
My Monday weight was 145.8 (but I think it was a lie, :laugh: I probably won't lose an ounce this week)

Nope, all you have to do is click on the Home tab, then Settings, then click on Change Signiture. Copy and paste the ticker formula there and save then yell BINGO! Ok so you dont have to yell bingo for it to work, but it makes it more fun if you do. :laugh: :laugh: Then, every time you post you're current stats will display.
