Smoked ribs baby! Ran a half-marathon today, replacing some of those spent calories! Out there smoking as I type, about 2 hours to go! Mmmmmm Hmmmm...

Very simple and easy tonight. Grilled lean burger (plain, no condiments or bun, just sea salt and cracked pepper), steamed broccoli (my FAVORITE) and some Campari tomatoes.

Cooking Light's chicken & pasta salad.

My brother and his wife come over on Sunday nights. We put our kids to bed before they get here and after dinner we watch a grown up movie. Such a great way to end the weekend!

I bought frozen tilapia tonight... I know it isn't as great as the fresh stuff, but I am getting tired of chickena and turkey burgers! I think I will bake them in the oven with a little garlic and lemon and a giant salad. Sounds yummm.

All of these sound really good!

My DH loves Sundays dinner. He's really supportive about our lifestyle change so I try to throw in some of his faves every now and then. I made corned beef w/ potaoes, carrots, and cabbage. I do have to throw in a slice of rye though!
