It can be anything.... Mine for example, is energy, but physically, my hands and wrists got smaller. My watch started to twist about on my wrist as I moved
Again, it is the first thing you noticed about you, not anyone else noticing.... Just a curiosity thing and I don't know if this is in the right location.

I noticed my tummy getting flatter and my pants fitting better first.0

My hip bones started to stick out! And my boobies went BYE-BYE! LOL! But that's okay though... I still have a bad @$$ booty0

i'm not sure if it was that i felt better in my skin, or if i was eating healthier, or if it was the endorphins from exercise, or if it was just general posi-vibes because i knew i was putting me first for once.0 -

The first thing I noticed were my pants getting bigger then, my face looked thinner, my rings started getting a bit loose, then my collar bones started to show...the more I lose the more things I'm noticing! It's pretty exciting!0

My short sleeve shirts weren't as tight around my arms....the shirt wasn't as tight around my mid section.....and my bra wasn't killing me0

I understand HAHAHA.... I haven't seen mine yet. I'd like to see my hip bones... They haven't paid a visit in YEARS!!!!0 -
Believe it or not, my shoes started to fit better. I didnt know I had fat feet but oh well! I was happy for the improvement0

My Watch started spinning around my wrist. Pants that fit perfectly are now loose and i now have to wear a belt.0

I have only lost 5 pounds so far but I noticed my face looks thinner and also my energy level went up.0

Rings twisting round, and my mother's ring which she left to me and was too small now fits. Yippee.0

my upper midsection (just under my chest) looked thinner. That's where I'm at right now and hoping for much more improvement.0

I'm gonna get a big personal here and say that sex is more enjoyable now. My tummy is smaller so it doesn't get squished the way it use to and it doesn't get in the way. Seriously...big turn off. And the more it got squished the more my tummy would hurt so I couldn't enjoy it.
I can go down stairs like a normal person instead of taking "baby steps" down them.
I look forward to going to weigh in every Monday now.
I don't like skipping the gym. Before I would make up reasons NOT to go. Now...I run my life around my gym schedule and not the gym schedule "if" I can fit it in.
My energy...definitely. I still take afternoon naps but only because I'm tired (sleepy tired and not energy drained tired).0 -
My calf muscles they just were solid rock one day that I was shaving it was kinda disturbing0
