Started at 233. I am 5'4.5" and 53. CW is 175. I was down to 164. Starting again today to loose 30lbs more. We can do it! :) I as well would love... 135! I think that would be ideal.

I have to say that your post is so inspirational! I also have started doing Zumba and love it (just for the Wii but I also got the dvd's) Love that MFP is changing so many lives!

    I am 5'4

    SW 207
    GW 155
    CW 148 as of V-day

BEEN ON MFP 450 Proud Days!!!!! Changed my LIFE!

Only thing I can suggest is find what works for you...We are same height but our body is different... The key for me was preplanning and cooking all my meals in advance. Leaves less room for error....I have days just like everyone else but I chose to make the following one better after that..IMPORTANT...Good luck to you....

I'm 5'3" and currently 210lbs. Earlier this year I was 220lbs. At the end of March/Early April I was 215lbs. I want to lose weight slowly to build good habits/avoid gaining it back. So far, I can't see my progress visually though. But I'm going to try to exercise 4 days a week now instead of 3 and limit my carbs to help me avoid sweets.

    I am 5'4"

    HW: 220

SW: 216.2 When I started on MFP on 5/21/2012

    CW: 213.0

GW: 140-145 (But If I gain muscle mass maybe between 150-160)

When I attempted to start back in Feburary I was at my highest documented weight of 220 on 2/2/12, even though I know I was heavier in high school. ( I worked fast food). By 2/20/12 I was down to 207lbs. I was so proud and motivated, but then unfortunately I had an abscessed tooth that hurt like H*** so I stopped exercising and lost my motivation. It has taken me 3 month to completely start back up again but I think my motivation and determination is 10x better now that it ever was. With the research and extensive planning that I have done for my current weight loss plan I feel I'll reach my goal weight by my birthday!!

Hi--I started at 237 and I am down 16 lbs. Sometimes it's hard to believe I can do it. It seems like execise really is the key -- and a good nights sleep. I do somnetimes seem to get so hungry. And I don't get it why water is so important. I knoiw everyone says it is -- but really -- why?

I'm 5'5" and started higher than that but
HW 243 (Dec 2010) - Possibly higher, but I didn't weigh myself much...
    SW 233 (Aug 2011)
    Under 200 - 12/8/11
    CW 173
GW 150 - Might seem high, but last time I weighed this my BF% was like 19 & I wore a size 6, which I think is a great size to be.

I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 150 as well. I think I too will look good at this weight. I'd like to keep a little of my curves lol.

    SW: 230
    CW: 187
    GW: 150

    Good luck.

    Not anymore!!
I started out in Jan 2011 at 92kg (about 204 pounds) now I'm sitting happily somewhere around 73kg (probably 160ish).
I'd like to lose a little more, but as long as I can fit into size 12 pants (US 8) I'm not desperate to do it.
