    I am 5'3" and my end GW is 140, but so that I don't get discouraged or overwhelmed I am setting small 10lb goals along the way ;)

    5'3 with a goal of 118. Currently 126 and still trying to break that weight loss wall.

    5'4" my goal is 140 but I have medium bones. I would even be happy with 150. I was extremely happy when I had gotten to 150 before and I was thin a curvy.

    5'3", and my goal is 125. However, my goal is ALSO to be strong, and fit, so if 125 is too low, I wouldn't mind being 130 or so, as long as I look good!

    I am 5'3" and weigh 109 lbs. My goal is just to lose a couple inches around my belly and tone certain areas.
    Everyone is different with body types though.

    I'm 5'4.5 and I have no idea what my end goal will be, something tells me somewhere between 125-140, right now I'm set for 135 and I'm currently 158 and I started at 183 lbs

    And yes it's "high." But not high since I have a LBM of 130lbs. My final GW will probably be between 160-175.

  • I'm 5"4 and I just hit my goal of 125, thinking about trying to get to 115-120, though. I think I will keep strntgh training and see where I'm at in a month or two.

    I'm 5'5 and my initial goal is in the 160s. If I achieve that, I'll reassess my weight goal. To me, it depends on your body type, bone structure, and start weight. My build is medium to large and I started at just over 200 lbs., so a 30-40 lb. loss would be awesome as far as I'm concerned. Also, I'm in my late 50s so have to watch extreme weight loss.

    Started at 200 so current GW is 150 but once I get there I plan on reevaluating.

    5'4 and would like to aim for 145-140 now... then see if may be i'll take it down to 130. & be fit.

    See how I convince myself I decide the control over it? hahahaha

    5'5" --> 160 lbs. I haven't yet decided if that's where I'll want to stay.

    I have two goals, the first is to get to a healthy BMI for my height and to do that I need to be below like 145/146 (I'm 5'4"). After reaching that goal, it's my hope to get to 130-135 range because in the past I have felt the healthiest at that weight.

    5'4" - my first goal is 145-150 and then I'll work my way down to about 130.

    5'3" and my goal is 115.

    My original goal was 125.. but I am at 126 right now and have plenty of areas for improvement! I may adjust my goal weight again, as I would like to add muscle while I lose fat! So, in the end, I may end up back at my goal of 125 :P We will see!
