    After a Minor op 2 weeks ago, i found it difficult to run with it, and had to keep dry so no swimming, cycling is going great though, Get back on my running next wekk properly.

    I'm probably not going to make my goals this month. I was trying to keep my legs fresh for a race this past Sunday. I hope to get back into a regular routine over the next few weeks at least.

    I am going to be short on my swimming goal but will hit my biking goal and passed my running goal. Next month I will have to adjust them a bit.

    Ok, I am not doing as bad as I thought.

    Running - I have a total of 31 miles run so far this month. I'll get a few more in in the next couple days
    Biking - finally got out on my bike yesterday - 10 miles. I will get a few more in but not sure how close to goal I will get
    Swimming - 1.5 miles so far. I'll be pretty close.

    Running/ Walking 26.2 miles

    Bike- 65 (112)
    Swim- 3.7 (2.4)

    Beat my run and swim goals and made it a little over half way for the bike.
