    BEST THREAD EVER!!!!!

Any moviation needed to keep going is right here..... I'm blown away by these replies

    Heres mine.

    1) I used to tell the wife to slow down when walking, I now walk to work..... 9 miles every day, rain or shine
    2) I NEVER did any type of excercise, now walk, run, started Karate (always wanted to be Ralph Macchio) starting skipping & swiming, cos I want to.
    3) I now buy clothes I like not just cos they fit me.
    4) Needed to add 3 holes onto my belt, I couldn't even get it close before
    5) Not been the fattest person on the bus, train room, is a great buzz.

small down side it's costing me a small fortune as I need more water in the bath now

    PEACE

    1. I can now walk 5 miles, before I could barely walk my back yard.
    2. I can say no to high calorie foods, now it "cost" to much to eat them so I say no thanks
before I would eat foods I did not even like!
    3. I can get down and clean floors, before I had to pay someone. (now I use that money for new clothes)
    4. Could never find anything to fit, now I can shop anywhere!
    5. Now I have tons of fun riding horses, before I could not even get on one!
This journey was well worth it, my only regret is that I did not do it when I was younger!
Going from a size 28 to a size 4, I never even dreamed of being a size 4

    1) I can hike 10 miles with a loaded backpack cooler.

    2) I can see my feet in the shower and wear a towel around me with no gaps!

    3) I can beat my 3 yr old lab to the top of the stairs.

    4) I play with my grandson instead of sitting in a chair watching him.

    5) I can sleep 5-6 hours and feel rested. I sleep a LOT less. I used to go to bed around 9 or 10 pm and get up at 10 or 11am and still feel tired. I now go to bed around 11pm and get up by 7 or 8. I also don't use my cpap machine anymore. Yay

    3. 1 hour SPIN class
    4. Mountain hike without hyperventilating

    5. I can now go outside and play softball with my girls and three months ago, I wouldn't have because I would have been tired/self conscious, etc....
