    Edamame with sea salt

    Emerald's dark chocolate and/or cinnamon coated almonds

    Mix 1 TBS peanut butter with 1 tsp raw honey and spread on a whole wheat flour tortilla;
    slice a banana, fold, and eat like a taco OR roll the whole banana up in the tortilla and eat it like a flauta.

    Frozen banana slices. It's easier to freeze them whole and then slice.

    It probably sounds gross, but it's actually delicious -- and you don't taste the kale...
    1 cup original almond milk (or soy)
    1 1/2 cup green leafy kale
    1/2 tsp. honey
    1 frozen medium banana
    (cinnamon)
    --> blend it up and enjoy!

    158 calories (when using Blue Diamond Almond Milk, Original 40 cal/cup)

    Do you freeze them in the peel?
    I usually peel them, slice them up and freeze them in individual Ziplocs.
    (Freezing whole bananas with the peel on was a mistake I won't make again :wink: )

    Banana - dip in crushed raw pistachios.

    "Centipedes on a Log" = similar to ants on a log but put almond butter on celery topped with half of a dried turkish apricot. Yum!

    Apples and almonds.

    Chocolate PB Protein Smoothie: Blend 1/4C unsweetened Almond milk, 1/4C plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder, 1T powdered peanut butter, 1/2 frozen medium banana, 4 to 5 ice cubes. I so don't miss milkshakes!
