Slice Bananas on a plate or in a shallow dish. Pour Sunny Delight, or Orange Juice over until the bananas are covered. Stick in the freezer until the juice is frozen. Then slice and enjoy. Awesome for summertime!!!!0

I like to mash up a banana and mix in some peanut butter, then freeze it for like an hour. Yum!0

Pumpkin spice muffins
1 box super moist spice cake mix
1 can pumpkin
mix and fill muffin cups 2/3rds full
bake according to box
do you just mix the two.....no eggs, etc?

i"m an addict to chips and salsa and have found an amazing alternative. Celery and Salsa. Practically no calories too! the crunch satisfies the urge to eat and the salsa gives it a great flavor!0

Haha, you "stole" mine! I also am newly addicted to a square of Lindt dark chocolate with Chilis in it. It just makes your mouth warm. Delish and no way to eat a whole bar!0 -

If I've been exercising a lot and lost fluids, I like a banana with 1 or 2 T. Nutella spread on it. It replenishes potassium.0 -
1 tsp of nutella....right off the spoon.... gets me through a chocolate craving
