My "too big" (for me!) would be 150. I look fine at that weight but I prefer to stay below it. I also have a "too small". That number is anything below 120.0

My personal "Oh no" weight is 150... but my weight fluctuates between 140 and 145 a lot. I'm trying to shake up my habits to get below the 140 plateau but I struggle. My heighest weight was 179 when I was 12, and I know I will never go back there.0

This would be the number on the scales that you never ever want to see again. For me it is 150. And, I am not very much below it.
150 was mine, that motivated to get my butt in gear nutritionally. Now I don't like when I fluctuate over 140 but I am not much under so I still see that number.0 -

If my weight goes up by 3 lbs, I know I have to get my behind on the program. I was over 200 delivering my son, spent a lot of time at 160, then in the high 140s and felt like/looked like crap on my small frame. My slam on the brakes weight is 140 - I don't let myself get above it.0

Mine is 170 currently. It changes about every 10 pounds. Once i get below 160 it will be 160. I never ever want to be over 200 again, pregnant or not, much less 279 where I began!0

Every number I see on the scale until I hit my goal weight is a number I never want to see again! From 253 all the way down to 161.0

181, because I started at 281, I want to keep my 100 lbs off at least!!!
And 177, because I have been stuck around here for 3 months, once it's gone it better be one.. I never want to see it AGAIN!0 -
286.....realizing that im only 14 pounds away from 300 shocked me into needing to do something and so far im down about 14 pounds.0
