My "oh no" weight used to be 200, but then I saw 238 and it was a little more than OH NO!! 7 more lbs to get back to the 200 mark, and then I never want to see 2xx again!

I'm currently 160, was 208, want to get to 149, if I ever see 165 or higher again I'll be really unhappy with myself....

For me it is 200lbs.. I am 5'9 and as that is not that heavy or look that bad on me just the number 200 is scary for me. That is the reason I started this diet because I was 3 pounds from hiting that number and it scared the bo jibbas out of me.

140lbs, that's my 'never go over' weight. I'm hoping to keep at between 130 - 135 as my maintenance range. 140 is 10 stone, I never want to see a 10 on my scale ever again!!!

My "oh no" weigh is definitely 165. I am 5'5, so this is chunky for me. I want to get down to 135!

I was 191 pounds at one point, which is terrible for someone as short as I am (5'2"). In fact, I was only 9 pounds shy of the weight I was when I gave birth to my son! That was definitely my "oh no!!!" weight!

For me at the moment, it's 300 pounds. And yes, I'm not that far under it, but I'll never be that heavy again!

I use to weigh 220 and at 5'2 that was huge. After finally geting to my goal weigh of 125 now when the scale gets near 140 i know it is time to scale back the treats.

Right now it's 250lbs because I can't seem to get below it. I'll get right to 250, then the next time I weigh in I'm 251-255. :grumble: Once I get below that 250 mark, I wanna stay below it. Once I reach my goal weight (135-140lbs), it'll probably be 150lbs.

I don't think I have an "oh no" weight. But I'd don't eveer want to be in double digit size clothing again.

As long as I can stay in the single digit clothes, I don't care what the scale says. Actually, as long as I'm still thin I guess a higher weight would be better since muscle weighs more than fat so higher weight at same size = more muscle.

Definitely 200... The highest I ever saw the scale was 213, and I almost fainted after I screamed OH MY GOD! Come to find out, in the morning with an empty stomach, I was only about 208. Still, I would much rather be 160-170!

Mine is no longer a number on the scale, but how a certain pair of pants fit. Once they start fitting a little tight, like today, it's time to start making changes.
