I use to weigh 220 and at 5'2 that was huge. After finally geting to my goal weigh of 125 now when the scale gets near 140 i know it is time to scale back the treats.0

Right now it's 250lbs because I can't seem to get below it. I'll get right to 250, then the next time I weigh in I'm 251-255. :grumble: Once I get below that 250 mark, I wanna stay below it. Once I reach my goal weight (135-140lbs), it'll probably be 150lbs.0

Anything Higher than what I am now. I have never been able to lose wieght, so this is my world right now. If I was to gain, id be so upset0
-
260 was my starting weight.. I'd jump from a bridge if I seen that number again
Currently 204 & I want out of the 200's forever!0 -
Anything over 120. Currently 132 so I have long way to go.0

I don't think I have an "oh no" weight. But I'd don't eveer want to be in double digit size clothing again.
As long as I can stay in the single digit clothes, I don't care what the scale says. Actually, as long as I'm still thin I guess a higher weight would be better since muscle weighs more than fat so higher weight at same size = more muscle.0 -
That is awesome! Keep up the good work!0
-
Definitely 200... The highest I ever saw the scale was 213, and I almost fainted after I screamed OH MY GOD! Come to find out, in the morning with an empty stomach, I was only about 208. Still, I would much rather be 160-170!0

Mine is no longer a number on the scale, but how a certain pair of pants fit. Once they start fitting a little tight, like today, it's time to start making changes.0
-
mine would be 250 i am at 232 but through hard work, and when i get to goal i am happy with never want to see 200 again0
-
155 (really 150, but that's what I'm at now!!)
I know I'll see it again when I get pregnant (probably) but that would be the **only** reason I would EVER be ok seeing it again!0 -
120 for me!0

I'm a tall guy (6'5") but when I hit 230, I went "oh crap". I hit the MFP and the gym and dropped it to 199. Slowly let it get back to 213, and had another "no no no" moment. Working my way back to 199 again, which for me, is a great weight.
So, 210 is my current line in the sand, and when I return to sub-200 land, 205 will be my new line in the sand.0 -
The day I delivered I was 245.0
-
anything above 110.0
-
anything above what i am right now lol
^ This!! haha0 -
For me it's 198lbs, this is the number that made me join MFP and actually get myself moving. I knew I'd been inching upwards over the years but that number left me with my mouth making fishy motions and no words lol.0

200 is my OMG! weight and I am over that now. I've struggled with my weight all my life. Was 169 when I graduated high school. After my hysterectomy, I found myself at 232. I've gotten down to 179. When I get down this time, I'm going to lower that OMG number!0
-
I never want to see 160 or higher again..0
-
At one point in my life I hit 290....That freaked me out.0
-
175 was my wake-up call.0
-
I was 207 when I started losing weight, that was pretty scary for me. Personally, I never want to see over 180 again. ...I'd say 170 but I can't seem to get away from it.0
-
2230
-
192lbs0
-
135. thats my all time highest weight and i have been it two different times in my life... dont wanna go back.0
-
This would be the number on the scales that you never ever want to see again. For me it is 150. And, I am not very much below it.
290 was the shocker.0 -
Mine was when the scales read 200 and I WASN'T pregnant this time.. It was a wake up call, and I never want to be that big again!!!
I want to lose enough that even if I were to get pregnant again that even with my pregnancy weight I wouldn't see 200 on the scale. If I'm at a healthy BMI and I gain 40lbs like I did with my first pregnancy, I should still be below 200.0 -
150lbs0
-
If I got to 145, I know I would have to start watching my eating.
But a number on the scale I NEVER want to see again?? I was over 180 at my very heaviest in college.0 -
