I agree...quite frankly, I think it's gross... But I use cottage cheese in my smoothies and what I do is blend it with a bit of almond milk before I add my fruit (usually banana and frozen strawberries)...all the good qualities of cottage cheese without the gross factor

BUMP! sounds yummy!!

Just whirred up in the blender, added 2 extra egg whites and 10 oz of thawed squeezed dry spinach..baking now for tomorrow !
