Wow there are so many points in my life I'd love to do this. Realistically, I am very happy with my life now - it just took a lot of trial and effort to get here.

But here's what I'd tell myself:
    1. It's not too late - sure you already married him, but don't wait any longer, you're not happy, never was a good match - get out before he ruins you financially and it takes years to recover
    2. In a couple of years when you meet A$$hat realize immediately that every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie. It's the same song, just a different verse with him.
    3. Leave the job with the crappy boss before he makes your life a living hell
    4. In Sep, 2008 you'll ride your motorcycle to work every Friday. Don't take the curvy road to work! Your bike may recover, but your shoulder will never be the same!!!
    5. In 2009 you will meet a man named Sergio. He is awesome. Keep your eyes out for him!
    6. When your baby sister keeps telling you how terrific her Mac is, don't roll your eyes, go buy stock - as much as you can afford!!

dont be such a victim to this Cancer... you beat it- you are stronger than this. Stop using it as an excuse to put on weight and isolate yourself.
  • I'd like to go back twelve years and tell myself DON'T STOP WORKING OUT AND COUNTING CALORIES!!! Also, "Don't take that job at the auction company, the owner is abusive and crazy!!!"

In 2000 I was the thinnest and healthiest I've ever been. Losing a job and moving to a highly stressful one, plus slacking off on healthy eating and exercise is what got me here today.

There's only one thing that I currently would absolutely tell myself not to do, I've made lots of stupid decisions in the past ten years but almost every single one of them has probably gotten me to the best things I have now.

    I like this!

    Max Payne?

I'd say to myself: Hey you, invent a network where users must register before using the site, after which they may create a personal profile, update their status, add other users as friends, and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile.

In a few years, you'll go through a lot with a certain guy. Hang on to him. You need each other more than you know.

I would tell myself to not take school and work so seriously. Ten years later, no one cares what kind of grades I got, or if I made the Dean's list. I didn't really make enough money at any of those jobs to worry about them either.

Oddly enough, it was what I was up to on the weekends that influenced my life the most. I met the man of my dreams and dropped a boatload of gas money to go see him, and THAT is the most important thing I've ever done for myself. At the time, I thought it was so risky and I was afraid to spend so much time and money on someone like that, but it was worth it!

I would also tell myself to take better care of myself. I realized early on that I couldn't pull all nighters like other kids could, or eat fast food without a stomach ache, but I didn't realize that my own irregular habits were causing my migraines and destroying my metabolism. I wish I had gone to bed at the same time every night, waken up at the same time every day and eaten nutritious meals regularly.

I wish I could tell myself that it IS possible for me to get fat. 10 years ago, I was a healthy weight, and no matter what I ate, I couldn't gain. 5 years ago it creeped up on me, and just a year ago I was obese. I had no idea when I was young that my metabolism would hit a wall like that.

Go back ten years and not much to change but spending more time with family thats not here now and focusing on
someone really important to me. Go back twenty and thats a whole different story. I would say, you like your healthy,
rockin body dont you, dont let it go by the way side... All in all I've been really lucky in having a good life with a few
speed bumps here and there but nothing life altering.

you only have 7 more years left with your dadda - tell him you love him everyday, appreciate him, hug him and dont waste a second with him because in 10 years the only thing you will want is him back in your life...
