My wake up moment was 147 because I realized I was dangerously close to 150. I'm only 5'4", so that's kind of a big deal to me.0

My oh no weight is 205, and I'm currently well below that. Haven't yet reached my ideal weight, but I'm getting there.0

125 is one end of the "oh no!", but more importantly if I hit 103 then I really stress. I lose weight almost too easily and look even more boyish when I'm that light:frown:0

Mine was 248..I gained 30+ pounds after i found out that i had allergies and was taking perscription meds for it. I slowly weaned myself from those meds so I wouldn't gain anymore. I am currently 239 and started MFP today!0

125 is when I really start freaking out.. Especially if I'm not exercising a lot, since at my most fit and most muscular I only weighed 120.0

Had my fourth child 8 months ago and gained 45 lbs by oh no is 200. I was 180 pre pregnancy from baby #3 and was trying to get to 160 - 165. I've just started using my fitness pal and love it!!!!0

Haha! This is a funny topic for me, because it has changed over the years. When I was a teenager, I thought I'd never get up to 130, but low and behold, my highest was 165-170 and I NEVER want to be that big again. Right now, I'd LOVE to be 130! I am currently around 150.
On the other end of the spectrum, I'd never want to go below 115. When I was less than that, my bones stuck out and it was NOT pretty.0 -

170....the most ive ever weighed in my life (not pregnant)...life finally caught up to me after having 2 babies. I was disgusted i left it get that high and only had myself to blame esppecially when last yr i joined on here lost close to 20 pounds and lost my head and stopped at 148ish i put it all back on and some.im more educated this time.0
