My "Oh Noooooo!" Weight is......"Wait....help me lift my folds, so that I can find my thong!!!"

138 & everything above it. I'm currently 138 & haven't moved in a while. When I finally get it 2 move, I never wanna see it again!0

65kg will be my new"oh no" weight! Currently at 71kg now though, so a bit to go. When I saw 85 on the scales I cried, i couldnt believe I let myself get so fat. Once I get to 60, I am happy to fluctuate 2-3kg, but no more then that.0

My first "OH NO!" was 210. Then 170. Most recently, 165. Once I get down to my goal, I'll probably "OH NO" to 1500

319...my start weight at the beginning of the year..0

Mine's the same.0 -
For me I stayed there for a long time but I never want to get above 185-190 again. I'm not too proud to say that I left it there for a while, and never want to go back again.0

for me it was 252 and im determined to never see it again0

140 and I'm just below that now ;(0

I would say 310 as thats where I started, but I will say 267 since I am 266 lbs now, I never want to be 267 or anything higher ever again!0

At 5'3" I topped out at 350 and my baby sister had just died of morbid obesity. She was around 425 but she was also 5'10. I came home from her funeral and knew I was not going to die of morbid obesity. Like her I was diabetic, high blood pressure and hypothroidism. She had her first heart attack at 40 and 5 years later a second one and had to have bypass surgery. Thanks to the Dr Phil Ultimate Weight Loss plan I was able to get down to 230. Regained up to 248 and decided I was running out of time. Pacemaker in Feb for bradycardia and now with the help of Dr Oz and others plus MFP I am down to 224.7. My Sis will have been gone for 10 years the end of Sept. I hope to be under 200 for the first time since I had my daughter 35 years ago! So you all re never too old to change! This old gal will be 69 on Halloween!0

140 lbs +
My goal is to stay either in the 120's (if it is maintainable for me) or the 130's.0 -
135.. never again.0
-
140 and im not very far under it.0

Once i saw 237, i could not believe it! That was a wake up call for me! Never again!0

130 for me... my heaviest (not counting pregnant or post baby.. I gained 65-70 lbs with each of my three kids) is 138 and I felt AWFUL!
Being short is ok, but every pound shows!0 -
It's hard to say now that I'm putting on muscle. When I was just "skinny" then 125. Right now I'm 128 and I'm ok with it, and could see myself getting up to 135 while still thinking that I look alright. My heaviest pregnancy weight was 200 pounds and that was scary for some reason, even with a baby in there.0

I still over 200, but I would like that to be my max weight EVER. I will probably drop that down to 190 when I hit that. In early college years when I was in great shape 185 was the highest I would ever let myself get to.0

1800

150, and I am over it0

304...NEVER EVER again!0

I am now over mine. :sad:0
