UP 1.2 pounds this week... :grumble: I hope most of this is water. It was my 10 year High Schoool Reunion Saturday so I ate bad buffet food and drank more than usual:laugh: . And to cure my hangover the next morning, I decided it was a good idea to eat a mountain of bacon and bread.... with butter... :blushing: And a waffle. :noway:
Oh well! At least I'm still reaching my mini goal of 134 (barely).
I'll be traveling for work this week so I won't be able to exercice as much as I usually do, but I'll try to be really good diet-wise. I'm hoping to see a great loss next week.

Ever since I hit 172, the scale's been back up (mostly through my own overeating/drinking on vaca and TOM, parties etc~ AKA lack of self control!) I've since increased my calories and the scale is slowly starting to move back down (still seems backwards to me!! lol). Considering that I'm almost back where I started with this challenge 2 months ago, I need to start refocusing on my diet. I've sort of let it slip to the wayside while introducing exercise and have been eating some things I probably shouldn't. I'm getting stronger and muscles are looking better but I still need to drop the fat so time to re-focus!!! Happy June everyone! I don't understand why I am losing so much the last two weeks as I have a sore foot and have been unable to do much walking or exercise. As they say, "don't look a gift horse in the mouth", so I am more than happy to take it! Since I am so close to my original challenge goal weight I think I will try for 190 by July 2nd.

I am feeling down because although I am loosing, it's not at the same rate. This is frustrating. I didn't make my mini-goal weight. I missed it by about 1.5 lbs. Frustration! I am going to have to see what I can tweek. I know I need to drink more water and I planned on adding an extra spin class each week, starting this week. I should take a good look at my calories, too and see if it makes sense. Numbers make my head spin though! LOL

Hi everyone! I'm baaaack! I'm ready to go on vacation again!! :bigsmile: I loved visiting my daughter, and her family, across the country from me and I loved our cruise! Where is my cabin steward, etc. today when I could really use them?! Sigh... Back to real life... I will have this week's chart here later today. Yesterday I went with my hubby to do our company clothing order (t-shirts, hats, jackets all with the logo for our employees). In the jacket we picked, the biggest sample size they had for me to try on was a woman's medium. Dreading getting "stuck" in a jacket I reluctantly tried it on... AND IT FIT!! I will allow that it is probably made big, but I don't remember the last time I owned anything that said medium on the tag! Someone, somewhere, thinks that I am a size medium!! That's a long way from the 3X I ordered last year!!
So the scale may not be co-operating but the inches are still coming off. I am officially the smallest I have been in at least a decade. These challenges that Kristen does have been a huge part of keeping me on track and I would just like to say THANK YOU to all of you for keeping me motivated when the scale stops moving.0 -
