    CW (current weight) 138 but was 140.6 last time I weighed my self on Monday.
    GW (goal weight for the month ofJune 133
    UTG: (Ultimate goal weight) 128

    I will weigh myself on Mondays for this month:
    5/28: 140.6
    6/4: 136.4 lost a lot in one week but that is partly due to being sick.

    No change from Friday. Adding more exercise this week and downloaded a pedometer app to my iphone to motivate myself to get up from my desk more. Not sure if I can keep it in my pocket during Zumba tonight however! Dying to get a Fitbit when they go on sale somewhere.

    Here's the pattern:
    SW (start weight, optional) 213
    CW (current weight) 169.4
    GW (goal weight for the month of June) 165 or less if possible
    UTG: (Ultimate goal weight) somewhere in the 140 range

    first weigh in for me = 168.2 Great start in my opinion :)

    I have realized that food is 80% of weight loss, and yet I need the exercise to reduce the stress. I'm still working on finding the right balance.

    I'm in...I could use some motivation

    I teach so I'm off in the summer....I'm really trying to increase exercise . Yesterday I swam both in the morning and evening. Tonight it's cycling class! My food is back on track too....biggest challenge for me is finding things productive to do with my summer. I'm trying to set daily goals of getting things done plus I will be taking classes this summer!
