6' exactly. Goal one 20lbs down to 178 then another 18to 160ish, but my main focus is being a size 10-12 (uk size) so if I gt there at 170lbs etc I'll be happy with that!0

5'4''. I'd secretly like to be 40kg (88 pounds) but since some disapprove I'm settling for 50kg (110 pounds) for now and see how I like it

I'm 6'5". I am about 200 pounds. I want to gain some muscle. Ideally about 30 pounds of it in 6 years. I think when I start feeding myself healthier, I will be able to get that muscle in about 3-4 years.0
