    Congratulations...

    I had to lose lot of weight as well...

    A little under a year ago I weighed in at 393 lbs... I almost died of cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure because of my weight and the fact that I did not take care of my high blood pressure...

    So, I understand how hard it is to lose weight and to maintain the weight loss... I currently weigh 187,6 lbs...

    I sincerely hope that three years from now I will have been able to maintain my weight loss as well as you have...
