    A little frustrated at how slowly the weight is coming off - but thankful that the scale is moving down no matter how slowly. Was 192.2 earlier in the week - guess I wasn't as careful as I should have been over the weekend. Hoping to get out of these 190's ASAP! Feel like I've been stuck here for ages!

    I went way up last week. Hurting my knee and not exercising really put me in trouble. I am getting back to exercise and the number is dropping slowly. I am hoping by next week to be a lot lower.

    Have be way to lax about this the past few weeks. Getting my butt in gear this week. Gonna start 30 DS this week and get my eating straightened out. Congrats to all the big losers this week! Only 3 more weeks to go! I've got 6 lbs to go to my goal, might be able to reach it still.

    0.8 pounds down... Eh. I'll take it since it's a loss, but I'm kinda bummed that the number is still higher than it was 2 weeks ago:grumble: . However, I went out last night to a Vietnamese restaurant and ate a big bowl of soup so I hope/guess I'm retaining some water. I'm always really good during the week but stumble on the weekends... :sad: Oh well... You only live once! :drinker:

    Out of town this week and forgot to bring my own scale...I don't like using other scales because they are always different. WIll be back next week. Hopefully losing or else I might become one of the abandoners becauese I haven't lost in quite a while but been working very very hard! :(

    Slowly but surely I'm back to losing. Took in way too much sodium last night....I believe I would have had a bigger loss if not for that, but....alas, it is what it is. Good luck everyone. :)
