    Drink lots of water today and rest because tomorrow morning I am running 10 miles!

    Run outside unless its too hott (supposed to get up to 103 today..) in which case I will run on the tredmill
    too keep my sodium down to a normal level
    to drink LOTS of water :)

    Track Food
    Outdoor workout today ( Stairs at least 10 times up and down ) 120 steps one way
    Smile today more than yesterday

    *Go to the Gym at 5am for strength training- Done
    *Go to the Gym after work for some cardio
    *Try to get as much protein without powders
    *Telling that damn rabbit for the umpteenth time that Tricks are for kids

    Drink lots of water, get some exercise in, and snoop on some diaries tonight for some healthy snacks.

    I have many, but my top four goals are to log my food, go running, do ab ripper X, and most importantly, be a positive influence on those around me, especially my kids, to help them have a great day.
  • Drink loads of water!!!!
    Exercise for 45 minutes of more
    Record Everything that I eat
    Add more people on MFP :)

    Forgot to set one....

    Thinking, thinking. Nope its all set for tomorrow. Tennis, bike ride, good food, setting new goal plan with tennis buddy yay!

    Ok for today. No chocies or ice cream required. Will not go into the kitchen tonight again.

    No alcohol. Bit late to even consider drinking at 11pm. Isn't it?

    Drink more water. Goal achieved, ok I gotta pee..............

    To get on my bike and cycle to the local large sainsburys to get some more omelettes( in spite of overwhelming fatigue today)
    To go to the gym and try out their Go bikes, which are sort of simulators as well as spin bikes.
    To hold out on eating until 8 pm as I am already down to 900 calories for the rest of the day.

    Bike ride, grocery shopping and clean the kitchen (most important first)

    Go to the gym after work and study the government. For real.

    Go to the gym for 30 mins - burn at least 200 cals
    Do level 3 of the 30 Day Shred - burn at least 175 cals
    Eat lots of protein
    And most importantly - get a good night sleep :)

    :laugh: i am new at this so just tracking my food. I work a second job so getting to swimlaps is not happening today - so far so good- bob

    My goals were to go to the gym (Done), then track all my food (DOne), and to take an extra walk tonight (will be done in 1 hour)! But my 1 goal for the week was to eat according to my chart (had a hard time with eating that much) and healthier without indulging in my 1c of ice cream to meet my calorie goal. I am hungry though...lol (about time) so off to drink lots of water.

    Get my Azz to the gym (done)
    Study for a test on Thursday.

    -Log EVERYTHING in food diary
    -Start interval training at the gym again (even if I hate it!)
    -60 mins Turkish study.
