    It was raining here this morning, so I head to the gym... Very bad idea! :noway: Packed with people, and everybody was sooooo cranky!!!! :huh: All those people definitely need to move their @ss more!!
    So only ran 3 miles on the treadmill and head home! If the sky clears out, I might run another 2 miles outside. We will see.

    3 miles for me today. Pretty soggy out still so I ran carefully. I think I'm still in the green but I'm going to have to start doing some longer runs to stay there.

    Hello,

    I've just come across this Move Your @$$ challenge this afternoon. I hope it is not too late to join in.

    There are 17 days left of June and as I'm new to fitness and so I do not know what goal I would be capable of reaching so I have decided that 2 miles a day would be good for me. That's a goal of 34 miles by the end of June. I plan to be walking my miles.

    Today I have already done 5615 steps which my pedometer confirms is 2.37 miles. A great start.

    Good luck to everyone for the rest of the june challenge and thank you for letting me join you.
