    Great transformation. I do believe that a bmi of 27 or even 28 can be healthy IF it is a lean 27 or 28. Keep working to achieve what YOU will be happy with.

    To add to my list, today I had a doctor's appt and my blood pressure and cholesterol were both excellent! My doctor and her staff were pretty surprised to see me and didn't even recognize me at first. Yay!
