I like a nice guy. Mature, calm, a little emotional, not afraid to be a bit vulnerable and to talk about his feelings. Nothing too sensitive, but someone who's caring and kind with good morals.

I don't like manly, macho, stereotypical male behaviour. Obviously most guys have a bit of both, but I don't like it at all. I prefer not to spend as much time with my fiance when he's being all typical and manly, because I don't like to shatter the illusion. Luckily, I get his calmer side at home and he's usually only 'stereotypical man' when he's out drinking or watching sport with his friends. He knows I'm not keen, and that side also comes with all the speech I hate - calling everyone 'son', for example - argh!

I prefer men. Responsible grown-ups. The ones who aren't walking stereotypes, at that.

In high school I preferred the "bad boy," mostly because of the way they looked. I found the look sexy. As I got older (only 26, but hey), I found I was more attracted to nice, motivated, smart men. I married one, in fact. So...I'd say now I prefer the "nice guy."

Nice guy or bad boy is a false dichotomy.

A bad boy...that is nice when with me.

I've gone for bad boys forever, I think there is something wrong with me as I always found nice boys boring, sorry nice boys.

    I married a bad boy.
