Daily goal is 10,000 steps. Average goal this month is 11,000. Does not include cardio exercises.

wow. didn't realize it's been a few days since i posted my steps.
sunday's are always hard for me, so yesterday was bad.
this past week was one of the craziest i've ever had . . . some of those days i didn't get any walking in.
summer break starts today, so i'm hoping i can get out of the house without guilt and walk!0 -

You can choose to enter the steps you want.
For me, I put my step counter on in the morning and take it off at night and count all my steps. I do have two exceptions though - I take it off when I ride my bike and when an activity involves water (like kayaking).0 -

I can feel that rest day coming on my self - I was just exhausted this morning and could not get up for a walk or a bike ride. It was nice sleeping in though0 -

BCW - This challenge has really helped me too. Checking my counter through the day keeps me moving. And then seeing how you and everyone else are doing is inspiring too!0 -

I put my pedometer in my pocket when I get dressed in the morning to walk the dogs and keep it with me all day until bedtime........I record my exercise based on the calorie count from my heart rate monitor. I'm not quite as bad as the woman who carried her pedometer with her to the bathroom in the middle of the night so she'd get credit for every step :laugh:0 -
